A 1-hour private session with one of our coaches to evaluate your current mobility, strength, fitness and body awareness levels. This is the first step for anyone considering our CrossFit, Personal Training, or Olympic Lifting plans and will be used to help map out the best next step on your path to a NewFound You.

4-CLASS INTRO

$200

A 4-class series of 1-hour one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches covering the basic movements and techniques of CrossFit. Each class will include a Warm-up, Mobility, and  Technique/Strength portion and finish with a WOD covering movements performed in prior sessions.

8-CLASS INTRO

$400

An 8-class series of 1-hour one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches covering the basic movements and techniques of CrossFit. Each class will include a Warm-up, Mobility, and  Technique/Strength portion and finish with a WOD covering movements performed in prior sessions.
