PERSONAL TRAINING
Tracing its roots back to ancient Greece, Olympic weightlifting has no equal for developing speed, flexibility, and strength. At the same time, the technical aspects of the lifts will expand your mental and motor skills. Under the watchful eyes of our coaches this path will have you making gains and hitting goals. For those who wish to pursue competitive weightlifting, the NewFound Weightlifting Team has produced several national event competitors and medalists.
