Ask anyone walking into a gym “Why do you come?”, and you will hear a wide array of  answers: to get stronger, to get fit, to lose weight, to firm up…..what you probably won’t hear is “Because it’s fun!”. Any fitness program can work if you stick with it, but if it isn’t fun, you likely won’t. At CrossFit NewFound you will GET STRONGER, you will GET FITTER, you will LOOK and FEEL BETTER, but most of all, you will HAVE FUN!

I have little or no experience exercising or working out. I don't know what to do or how to do it, and am maybe even a little bit intimidated at starting this journey.

I workout now or have done so in the past. I am bored and/or frustrated with my current level of strength and fitness and need something new and motivating.
